As you all are aware of, Ray-sama has been having these guild meetings to address issues and plan events with the guild. As of late, the turnout to these meetings have been almost none, mostly because of the fact they're so impromptu. So far, the only one that had a significant turnout was the one back in June.
As you all know, it's very rare that we have enough of us on at one time to actually pull off one of these meetings, and with the summer months coming to a close, there will be even few of us (This is due to school and all that).
In order to fix this problem of lacking turnout to these meetings, I wish to suggest a plan to help fix that. We must schedule the meetings for the month at the last guild meeting of every month or have a set day of the week to host the guild meeting, such as Saturday Night.
Ray, in your defense, I do know that it is difficult for you to pull off one of these impromptu meetings, that's why I'm suggesting this to you. If you cannot make it to one of these scheduled meetings, appoint a senior member, such as Blind or Pyro, or better yet, Shion, to sit in for you. Just tell them what issues to address at the meetings. At the meetings, I will record them and post them on youtube using a superior comp cam (unlike that crappy in-game one) so that people who missed it can see what happened in the meeting.
Please Ray, if you do read this, please consider this idea. I personally believe that this will help the guild significantly, mostly because we won't be scrambling to get to an impromptu meeting that happens when we're in the middle of something (Such as a mainstream quest or stuck in a dungeon).
For you other guys in the guild, I set up a poll so we can hear your opinion.
