Naruto was the first and longest running manga an anime series with so many ongoing unpredictable love triangles. Not even InuYasha had this many, and even so, they were all predictable. This war within Fandom has raged for a whopping 10 years with no sign of stopping any time soon until Kishimoto makes some choices that could effect his popularity within the entertainment industry. The sheer amount of fan fiction on sites like fanfic.net and deviantart.com regarding this issue is mind boggling, and even with the series approaching it's inevitable end, the amount of fan fiction just keeps growing, especially in the Next Gen department.

I know there are not that many anime fans in the guild, especially Naruto fans (This is mostly due to the fact that the series grew too long without even getting anywhere for a long period of time). Even so, this is just a minor curiosity of mine.

After you choose, post why you like the couples and why they should become canon. It's multiple choices, but please limit your choices to one of each (as in one Naru, one Sasu, ONE SHIKA(I know, that one is hard)), but you don't have to. A little bit of adultery would be intresting.

heres an example:

I support NaruHina because it is the most balanced couple. NaruSaku is too violent, and Naruto's life expectancy would drop to that of an inoperable malicious brain cancer tumor.

NaruHina will most likely become canon because of Hinata's presents in the series. From CH 1, we knew she had a crush on the most hated guy in Konoha. We also know that she only has one true skill, and that's Byakugan, and she's also completely useless in battle. Why else would Kishimoto have her in the story?

I stopped watching Naruto around episode 90.

I never watched the anime, (I usually never do with longer series, because I hate the stupid and pointlss filler episodes. ^^) but I do read the manga. It's pretty okay, except for when it drags on for way too long. It was also pretty predictable. (Some guy had the EXACT storyline prediction correct, and all of it as well. I forget who had the stuff up, but he was really smart, about Naruto.)

Anyway: I believe ShikaTema couple is the best, mostly for the fact that they get along way too well to be just friends, even though their personalities seem to clash, at first. They complement each other in a very manga-like fashion. (Lol) I don't want to state all the examples because there are quite a few, and they've already been caught going out on dates and stuff. Also, Shika's mom and dad are a perfect example of them. :lol!:

Naruto is awesome in the manga but the anime... Well I only watched the anime for a few awesome things, like Kakashi Gaiden, etc.
