TALGARUS is one of the 3 kings. HE created the order of power to to exsead his limit in his demon form but then casted him self in to a human body and desided to turn the order of powers out look. He is the king of evil and the ruler of all demons vamps and so on. One day when he aquires his true form again he will once more spread choas threw the worlds. He conetroles time and has alot of abilitys so BEWARE DONT MAKE HIM MAD. He cant be killed. You never know when he will strike or where he will be!!
